Price: From £26 per hour. Non-personal care service. Includes: companionship visits, social interaction, domestic chores, housekeeping, shopping, errands, prescription collection, community access, escorting to appointments, post-hospital convalescence support, respite for family carers. No personal care required. Suitable for adults who want help at home and social connection without personal care involvement.
Service 2: Domiciliary Personal Care
Price: From £35 per hour. CQC-regulated. Includes: personal care (washing, dressing, grooming), continence care, catheter management, medication management and prompting, pressure area care, skin integrity monitoring, meal preparation, nutritional support, night care, sleep-in support, digital care records, family portal access. Bespoke care plan created after free home assessment. Care can start within 72 hours.
Service 3: Live-in Care
Price: From £1,754 per week for single person. From £2,194 per week for couple. 24-hour dedicated live-in carer. Includes: all personal care, medication management, domestic support, meal preparation, companionship. Consistent matched carer placement. Available for individuals and couples. Post-surgical and convalescence care available. Alternative to care home.
Service 4: Complex and Specialist Care
Price: On assessment. Specialist support for adults with complex needs. Conditions supported: dementia, Alzheimer's disease, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, sensory impairments, acquired brain injury, substance misuse recovery, carer breakdown emergencies. All packages bespoke, developed with individual, family and clinical team.
Service 5: Supported Living
CQC-registered supported living for adults with complex needs, typically funded by the local authority at under £55 per hour. As a provider, Cherished Care supports individuals to secure suitable accommodation and provides the care and support they need to live independently. Unlike care homes, supported living residents hold their own tenancies and remain in control of their lives. Local authority contracted placements in London (Hackney) and Bristol. Private pay placements welcomed. Staffing models: 1:1 and 2:1. Positive behaviour support available. Mental health and complex needs specialisms.
